Preparation & Instructions

Always use the enclosed scoop that is designed specifically for Munchkin formula.

1. Always wash your hands before preparing formula. Use only clean bottles, nipples, caps, and scoops.
2. Measure water into a clean bottle.
3. Add 1 unpacked, level scoop Munchkin formula powder for every 1 fl oz of water; do not pack powder into the scoop. Always refer to the bottle prep instructions on the formula can.
4. Cap the bottle and shake until powder is fully dissolved.
5. Feed baby within one hour and discard any unused formula left in the bottle after feeding.
